The Selma Art Guild Gallery is showcasing the art of Ruth Shuptrine Pettersen  and will be open to the public on the following days and times:
September 10, 11, 12
September 17, 18 19
September 24, 25, 26
Noon to 4pm each day
There is no charge for admission
 

 
The "Little Lamb Children's Clothing Sale" for your children's used clothing (newborn to teens), maternity clothes, toys, books, shoes, & furniture invites you to be a seller. This is a great way to sell items your little on has out grown and purchase quality items. The sale will be held on Friday evening, Sept 11 5:30 to 7:30pm and Saturday morning Sept 12 8:00am to 10:30pm at the Old Armory on Dallas Avenue. To participate, sellers must pay a $5- seller fee and sell a minimum of 15 items.

On Monday, September 28, 2009, a Retirement Celebration will be held honoring Chief Henry E. Allen.

This event will be held at the Carl Morgan Convention Center, 211 Washington St. at 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm.

In appreciation of his 39 years of dedicated service to the City of Selma Fire Department.
